This is my 3rd order from loaded tea shop. Shipping is timely, and the fact that I have ordered three times (four at this point!) should tell you how good the product is! One of my tea packets was perforated, but mostly intact. This was the only time this has happened so far, and likely happened in transit. I love these and will keep ordering.
