If you placed a preorder and one or more of your flavors are delayed, this tool lets you swap them for flavors that are shipping now.
Swaps are completely optional. But if you choose to swap, your order will ship within 24 business hours with the new flavors you select.
The process is easy: just enter your order number, select the flavors you want to swap out, then pick your new ones. Shopify will email you a confirmation once it goes through.
This is a custom tool made by our founder, Mark, who is learning to code one bug at a time. So if it gets weird or doesn’t work perfectly, just know it was built with heart — and we appreciate your patience!
