The Loaded Tea Shop operates a mixed SMS messaging program for wholesale partners and prospective wholesale accounts. The program includes two message types: (1) transactional and informational messages such as wholesale inquiry follow-ups, call reminders, rep assignment notifications, and account updates, and (2) marketing and promotional messages such as reorder reminders, product updates, and exclusive wholesale offers. Users may opt in to either or both message types via our wholesale inquiry form. Message frequency varies based on account activity and program stage.
Opt-Out Instructions: To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Carrier Liability Disclaimer: The Loaded Tea Shop is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Loaded Tea Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have a valid method of receiving payments, and provide accurate and complete application information. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. We may remove any Affiliate at any time at our sole discretion.
3. Program Participation
Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or code. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales directly attributable to the Affiliate’s referral link or code. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotion methods comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and disclosure regulations.
4. Traffic Source Disclosure (Required)
Affiliate must provide and keep updated the following information prior to and during any promotional activity: all domains, landing pages, or websites used to promote our products; all traffic sources including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, email, or other platforms; the legal entity or account name used under any advertising platform, including Google Ads transparency disclosures; and all ad creatives, copy, and funnels used in promotion. We reserve the right to approve or deny any traffic source, domain, or creative at our sole discretion. Failure to disclose this information may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliate agrees not to engage in any of the following:
5.1 Branded Search & Keyword Bidding
Bidding on “Loaded Tea,” “Loaded Tea Shop,” or any variations or misspellings, bidding on brand plus modifier keywords such as discount, coupon, or review, or running ads that compete with or outrank our branded search results.
5.2 Unauthorized Paid Advertising
Running paid advertisements on any platform without prior written approval or replicating or mimicking our official ads, funnels, or branding.
5.3 Misleading Representation & Brand Impersonation
Representing yourself as Loaded Tea or an official brand representative, creating domains, pages, or social accounts that resemble our brand, or using logos or brand assets without approval.
5.4 Coupon, Discount & Deal Site Abuse
Posting codes on coupon or deal sites including but not limited to Honey, CouponBird, or similar platforms, promoting unauthorized or misleading discount codes, or targeting users searching for coupons related to our brand.
5.5 Misleading or Non-Compliant Claims
Making false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims, making medical or guaranteed outcome claims, or using unapproved before-and-after or performance claims.
5.6 Spam & Unsolicited Marketing
Sending unsolicited email or SMS without proper consent, using purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists, or misrepresenting sender identity.
5.7 Attribution Manipulation & Traffic Interception
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, hidden redirects, retargeting users who have already visited our website without approval, or intercepting or hijacking traffic already in our funnel.
5.8 Incentivized or Artificial Traffic
Offering cashback, rewards, or incentives for purchases or using bots, fake traffic, or fraudulent methods.
5.9 Unauthorized Pre-Sell or Funnel Pages
Creating advertorials, pre-sell pages, or landing pages without prior approval or misrepresenting our product through funnels.
6. Compliance & Approval Rights
We reserve the right to review and approve or reject any Affiliate content, traffic source, or creative, request modification or removal of content at any time, and monitor Affiliate activity for compliance. Affiliate must comply within 24 to 48 hours of any request.
7. Commission & Payments
Commission rates are determined by us and may be changed at any time. Commissions are only paid on successfully completed and non-refunded transactions. Returned, refunded, or canceled orders will result in commission reversal. All commissions are subject to review and verification. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payments during investigation. Commissions generated through fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited methods will be voided.
8. Forfeiture of Commissions
We reserve the right to permanently withhold or cancel commissions if terms are violated, fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, or traffic sources are not disclosed or approved.
9. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may not modify or alter any provided brand assets without approval. All use of logos, images, and branding must align with our brand guidelines. All intellectual property remains the sole property of Loaded Tea.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Upon termination, Affiliate must immediately cease all promotion and all use of branding, links, and materials. Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if violations are found.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from participation in the Program.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
13. Accounts
Affiliates are permitted to maintain only one (1) affiliate account. Multiple accounts owned, operated, or controlled by the same individual, business, household, entity, device, payment method, or IP address are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by The Loaded Tea Shop. Any violation may result in account termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and removal from the affiliate program.
14. Agreement
By participating in the Loaded Tea Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Violation of any terms may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
