It started in a kitchen, with Alicia founder, president, CEO, and full blown powerhouse juggling kids on her hip, a disabled husband recovering from major surgeries, and 19 hour days filled with blood, sweat, and pure grit. She’s the reason this brand exists. Period.

Back in 2019, Alicia and her husband Mark got into the game as Herbalife distributors. Like many others, they were sold the dream until they realized the reality wasn’t what they expected. So they lit a match and built something better.

They tried every big name product Zipfizz, 4C, you name it until they hit the sweet spot. A zero carb, zero calorie Loaded Tea formula that actually tasted amazing and didn’t come with a hidden agenda. No shady commissions. Just high quality tea, a ton of hustle, and a whole lot of heart.

While Alicia was doing it all growing The Loaded Tea Shop, raising a family, and holding it down at home Mark was building the backbone. He’s the voice of the brand, the man behind the visuals, and the financial brain who kept everything profitable without investors or a single dollar of debt. Everything The Loaded Tea Shop has accomplished came from their own pockets, their own time, and their own determination.

Mark’s journey is just as powerful. He grew up in foster care and was adopted as a teenager. No silver spoon just resilience. Over the years, he’s launched businesses with Alicia from bath bombs to bounce houses always bringing joy and support to their community. He’s living proof that the American dream isn’t reserved for the privileged it’s for the relentless.

And of course, there’s Marie Holliman. She joined The Loaded Tea Shop at a pivotal moment, initially stepping in to help, quickly falling in love with the little tea shop, and becoming Alicia’s best friend and right hand. Her support was crucial when Alicia’s colorful Loaded Tea creations started going viral on TikTok. Marie has been a huge part of the growth in customer service, and she’s the one holding it down when Alicia needs a breather.

But let’s be clear this brand has always pulsed with Alicia and Mark’s energy.

Today, The Loaded Tea Shop is proudly woman led, family run, TikTok viral, and fully loaded with passion. We’re on a mission to make wellness and energy fun and addictively delicious. And we’re just getting started.
