I absolutely have become obsessed with these loaded teas. I will say though, one packet can definitely make more like 64 oz. They are very sweet for 32 oz. I continually add plain water when my bottle gets low during the day.
I was going from struggling with one bottle of water a day to now I am drinking 4-5 bottles of water a day. I have also kicked my daily coffee habit. I haven’t had any cofee in over 3 weeks now.
