Only gave it a 4 bc a few of the 8 I ordered were super hard but maybe have happened throughout the shipping process and this heat has been so hot.
This is the second order placed with this shop. The first order was perfect and exactly as advertised. This order, only 10 of the 20 teas purchased arrived in the pack. A few of the packets had very little in it and one packet had tape around part of the packet. I have reached out to the company but have yet to receive a reply. I am hoping this was an honest mistake that will be rectified.

They did not send me this flavor as requested so i can not review. They sent me some random flavor they decided i wanted . After paying $70.00 for 20 packs when they said they were on a “flash” sale I am highly disappointed
I was excited to try these after seeing all the ads on social media, but I am not a fan, they are extremely sweet, I had to pour half of the tea out and add more water just to be able to drink it. Also at least half of my packets looked old and was somewhat crunchy. They look as if they had gotten wet or been sitting in the warehouse for awhile.

I found them to be very sweet. It says to put one packet in 32 oz of water. I added it to 40 oz and was still very sweet.
