All the flavors are delicious. The caffeine is easy and not jarring. I didn’t see the color change effect but it is really good hydration that feels like a treat and not a duty I have to fulfill. I use half a pack in a 40 ounce Stanley with ice and it is perfect.

The flavors honestly all are good. Definitely have to add sparingly to your water if you're not making a large amount or they're too sweet. But my issue was the packets themselves, 5/7 came hardened. They did send me new ones but 2 of those were also hard. As much as I like the added flavor to my water I am not sure on trying again with the shipping issues
