The teas have great flavors, I have found that usingn3 quarts per pack suits me fine. I am 64 and was always struggling mid afternoon but after 3 weeks of daily use, those days are gone and I skip the coffee in the morning. Highly recommended and youncan always find a discount.
Packaging looks very suspicious. Some of the tea packs were crumbled in packaging and some were wet for whatever reason! I trashed all of it. Will not reirder again.
