Never received

Never received any of my order. Emailed for response, understandable feedback, but still have yet to receive my order as of 4/18/25. Order placed 3/24/25. I did receive a 'Thank you for my order card" yesterday.

Packets smaller?

It seems like the packets are smaller. The first time I ordered them off the TikTok shop they were bigger packets. So now when I fill up my Stanley cup, like I normally do with my loaded tea, I have to use two of those because you can’t really taste the flavor with all the ice in the water disappointed
