Followed instructions and they are correct in saying one packet makes a minimum of 32 ounces. I prefer it not so intense so almost double the water gave me a good amount with leftover to store in the fridge.
I was concerned having my very first serving later in the day after opening my order to try and the caffeine affecting my sleep,but didn’t seem to be an issue.

As a 2-3 x week intermittent faster, one has to hold off consuming this until your “eating window” is open to enjoy.
So I’d swear there’s something in this stuff that gets you hooked. I used one pack a day. I use to love regular cold water but now I can’t stop drinking this stuff. My niece and I but so much we should own stock in the company. Love it.

Packaging was open… several duplicates and looks like some packages have been wet and feel solid.. not powdery! So much so that it makes me Leary to try and use! Will not be ordering again!

Love the flavour. Didnt know they use sucralose. Maybe stevia would be better as more natural. A little goes along way whxih will make ot kast longer for me. Love the discounts also as i live in canada amd the exchange lills us every time. But greatvtsting product for sure.
This is amazingly good. My first fay trying and the taste was amazing and also I had so much energy!😂 But, I can say the caffeine in it is on point. Have to down size my intake to 8 ounces.🫢🤗
