This definitely gives a energy boost, but it is extremely sweet. The package says 1 package for 32oz of water, but thats still too much. I use about a quarter of the package in 20oz of water with tons of ice. Its very refreshing on a hot day.
I wish they would add protein and collagen to more of the flavors. So far Strawberry and Watermelon are my favorites.
