Is it really worth the wait?

I have gotten emails and responses from their customer service regarding some of the manufacturing issues. I ordered in May and honestly forgot I ordered it until I got the email about production issues and how they were changing things. The free flavors is a nice touch but to really keep customers satisfied I think it will take a little more. 1. Let's see if I actually get my order now that I have done the flavor swap and 2. Send me a free cuppie cup since it's been 3 months since I placed my first order.

I ordered over a month ago and haven't heard a word or seen a package. Haven't been able to recoup my money. I just hope no one else falls for this scam.
